A charity fundraising lunch

Back for our fourth consecutive year with the wonderful team at Greenhouse Sports,  we were proud to support their annual fundraising day at the picturesque Wormsley Estate. 

Greenhouse Sports is a brilliant charity transforming young lives through intensive sports coaching and mentorship in disadvantaged communities. It’s a cause close to our hearts, and one we are truly honoured to support.

The day began with our signature take on a bacon roll. Guests were welcomed with slices of dry-cured pork belly, rolled, tied, and slowly confit for 12 hours. Each portion was sliced, smoked, and pan-fried to order by our chefs, served hot alongside barista-made coffee from the talented team at Ristretto Coffee.

As guests enjoyed their breakfasts, the wood-fired grills came to life in the background, building anticipation for lunch. Our yoghurt, honey & sage-marinated veal chops were slow-smoked over the wood. Guests quickly headed out for the charity shoot meanwhile the kitchen were finishing each chop with a hard sear over glowing embers, rested them with care, then sliced and served.

The auction kicked off and guests were served a selection of dessert pots and cheese board to perfectly finish the day off.
